This Advertising Policy explains how advertising, sponsorships, promotional content, and commercial partnerships may appear on Vstage.

Vstage is an online platform connecting artists and fans through subscriptions, exclusive content, messaging, livestreams, and community features.

This policy should be read together with the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy & Settings, and Community & Content Policy.

Vstage does not currently operate a general third-party advertising network or use advertising trackers for personalized ad targeting, based on its currently intended setup.

Vstage may display artist content, announcements, platform updates, or promotional material related to features and services offered on Vstage.

If advertising technology or third-party advertising services are introduced in the future, this policy and the relevant privacy and cookie disclosures will be updated as necessary.

Artists may promote their own content, subscriptions, livestreams, releases, and other activities using the features made available on Vstage.

Promotional statements must be truthful, clear, and consistent with the actual content, price, availability, and benefits offered.

Artists must not make misleading claims, impersonate other creators, artificially manipulate engagement, or use promotions to harass or pressure fans.

Promotions must comply with the Community & Content Policy and applicable advertising, consumer protection, and intellectual property laws.

Vstage may introduce sponsorships, paid placements, brand partnerships, or other commercial promotional arrangements.

Where content is advertising or a paid partnership, it must be identified clearly and prominently when required by applicable law or necessary to avoid misleading users.

Artists and partners are responsible for disclosing commercial relationships connected to their content when required by law.

Vstage may establish additional requirements for sponsored content, including restrictions on categories of products, promotional formats, or claims.

Vstage or its users may offer referral links, affiliate links, promotional codes, or similar arrangements if these features are introduced.

Where a person or business may receive a commission, reward, or other benefit from a referral or purchase, that relationship must be disclosed clearly when required by law or necessary for users to understand the promotion.

Promotional links must not be deceptive, malicious, or designed to conceal the destination or commercial purpose of a link.

Users should be able to distinguish advertising and sponsored material from ordinary platform information or independent artist content where applicable law requires such distinction.

Vstage will not knowingly describe paid placement as an independent recommendation when doing so would be misleading.

The appearance or placement of content does not necessarily mean that Vstage endorses every statement made by the creator or advertiser.

Vstage's collection and use of personal data are described in the Privacy Policy.

If Vstage introduces advertising cookies, personalized advertising, or third-party advertising technologies that require consent, the relevant consent and settings mechanisms will be provided before those technologies are used where required by law.

Advertising and promotional content on Vstage must not contain fraud, scams, impersonation, illegal offers, or deliberately misleading claims.

Promotions must not exploit minors, encourage unlawful discrimination, promote sexual exploitation, or violate the Community & Content Policy.

Vstage may restrict or remove promotional material that violates this policy or applicable law and may limit access to promotional features for repeated or serious violations.
