Community & Content Policy

Rules for keeping Vstage respectful, safe, and welcoming for artists and fans.

1. Purpose of These Rules

Vstage is a platform for artists and fans to connect through communities, subscriptions, messages, fan letters, livestreams, and exclusive content.

These rules are designed to keep Vstage welcoming, respectful, and safe. They apply to all users, including fans, artists, agencies, and other approved partners.

By using Vstage, you agree to follow this policy, our Terms & Conditions, and applicable law.

2. Respectful Behavior

Treat artists, fans, and other community members respectfully, even when you disagree.

The following behavior is prohibited:

• Harassment, bullying, threats, intimidation, or targeted abuse.

• Hate speech or attacks targeting protected characteristics.

• Repeated unwanted contact, stalking, or attempts to evade a block.

• Sharing private information about another person without authorization.

• Encouraging others to harass, threaten, or target a person.

• Deliberately disrupting communities or repeatedly posting abusive or irrelevant content.

3. Fan Posts, Letters, Comments, and Fan Art

Fans may post permitted text, comments, fan letters, images, and fan art using the features available on Vstage.

You must own the content you post or have the permissions necessary to use it. Do not upload copyrighted artwork, photographs, music, logos, or other protected material without an appropriate legal basis or permission.

Fan art and fan creations must not be used to impersonate an artist, mislead other users about official endorsements, or falsely suggest that the artist created or approved the work.

Fan uploads must not contain illegal material, threats, harassment, sexual exploitation, or other content prohibited by this policy.

Vstage does not permit fan video uploads through its user-upload features. Do not attempt to bypass technical restrictions to upload unsupported content.

4. Artist Accounts and Impersonation

Artist accounts are intended for the relevant artist or an authorized representative. Artists may be required to complete verification or provide evidence of authorization.

Do not create an account that falsely claims to be an artist, agency, staff member, or other person. Do not misrepresent an unofficial account as official.

Do not use another person's identity, photographs, or personal information in a misleading or unauthorized way.

Artists or authorized representatives may report accounts that impersonate them or misuse their identity. Vstage may request evidence before taking action.

Verification indicates that an account has passed Vstage's applicable verification process. It does not guarantee that every statement or item of content posted by that account is accurate.

5. Artist Content and Fan Interactions

Artists must ensure that content and interactions they provide comply with this policy and applicable law.

Prohibited content includes sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate material, sexual content involving minors, threats, targeted harassment, and content that promotes or facilitates serious harm or illegal activity.

Artists must not use messages, livestreams, paid interactions, or exclusive content to threaten, exploit, deceive, or unlawfully pressure fans.

Artists must describe paid benefits accurately. Unless a specific benefit is expressly promised, a subscription does not guarantee a personal reply, a particular response time, an individual meeting, or direct access to the artist.

Artists may set their own permitted interaction rules and subscription benefits, subject to Vstage policies and applicable law.

6. Private Messages and Boundaries

Private messaging is intended for appropriate communication between users and artists. The fact that a message is private does not exempt it from this policy.

Do not send threats, harassment, spam, scams, unsolicited explicit material, or messages intended to exploit or intimidate another person.

Respect blocks and requests to stop contacting someone. Do not create additional accounts or use other people to circumvent a block.

Messages may be stored to provide conversation history, support the service, address reports, and meet applicable legal obligations. Access to messages must be governed by Vstage's Privacy Policy and actual system permissions.

Do not assume that messages are end-to-end encrypted or inaccessible to the platform unless Vstage expressly states that this is true.

7. Sexual Content and Protection of Minors

Vstage prohibits sexual exploitation, grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, child sexual abuse material, and any sexualized content involving minors.

Do not use Vstage to request, share, promote, or facilitate sexual content involving anyone under 18.

Do not attempt to move conversations with minors into inappropriate or exploitative interactions. Artists and representatives must maintain appropriate boundaries with fans.

Vstage may remove content, restrict accounts, preserve relevant information, or make reports to appropriate authorities where required or appropriate under applicable law.

Users must meet the minimum age requirements described in the Terms & Conditions. Age restrictions may vary depending on the user's location and applicable law.

8. Illegal, Dangerous, or Deceptive Content

Do not post, send, or promote content that facilitates unlawful conduct, fraud, scams, credible threats of violence, exploitation, or serious harm.

Do not use Vstage to distribute malware, conduct phishing, steal credentials, manipulate payments, or interfere with the platform or other users' accounts.

Do not submit false reports, fabricate evidence, or deliberately mislead Vstage during a moderation or verification review.

Do not use bots, spam campaigns, or other unauthorized methods to manipulate engagement, subscriptions, or interactions.

9. Subscriptions, Paid Features, and Promotions

Descriptions of paid subscriptions, content, tips, and interactions must be accurate and must not intentionally mislead users.

Do not misrepresent the price, duration, renewal terms, availability, or benefits of a paid feature.

Do not pressure fans to make payments through threats, deception, or false claims about personal relationships or guaranteed attention.

Disputes about payments and refunds are handled under the Shopping & Payments policy and applicable law.

10. Reporting Content or Accounts

If you encounter content or behavior that may violate these rules, use Vstage's available report feature or contact Vcorp.international01@gmail.com.

Include the relevant username, a description of the issue, and links or other identifying details where available. Provide only the personal information needed to explain the report.

Reports should be made in good faith. Knowingly submitting false or abusive reports may itself violate this policy.

If you believe someone is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency services rather than relying solely on a platform report.

11. Moderation and Enforcement

Vstage may review reports and take action when content or conduct appears to violate this policy, our other policies, or applicable law.

Depending on the circumstances, actions may include removing or restricting content, issuing a warning, limiting a feature, suspending an account, terminating an account, or taking other appropriate measures.

Serious or repeated violations may result in immediate restrictions. Where appropriate and feasible, Vstage may give users an opportunity to explain or appeal a decision.

Moderation decisions may take account of the severity and context of the conduct, potential harm, repeated violations, and legal requirements.

Vstage does not promise to review every item of content before publication or to detect every violation.

12. Blocking and User Safety

Use the available block and report features to manage unwanted interactions and raise concerns.

Do not retaliate against users for making good-faith reports or using safety features.

Blocking may limit certain interactions, but it may not remove content already seen, copied, or lawfully retained elsewhere.

If a safety feature does not work as expected, contact Vcorp.international01@gmail.com.

13. Copyright and Takedown Requests

If you believe content on Vstage infringes your copyright or other rights, contact Vcorp.international01@gmail.com with the content location, a description of your rights, and an explanation of the issue.

Where appropriate, include evidence that you own the rights or are authorized to act for the rights holder.

Vstage may request further information, restrict access to the reported material, notify the relevant user, or take other action as required by applicable law.

Submitting a report does not guarantee removal. Knowingly submitting materially false claims may have legal consequences.

14. Artist Content Removal and Account Changes

Artists may remove their own content using the available features or by contacting support where necessary.

Removal of content or closure of an account may affect the availability of subscriptions and related benefits. Any applicable payment, cancellation, and refund rights are governed by the Shopping & Payments policy and mandatory law.

Vstage may retain limited records where reasonably necessary for legal compliance, payment records, dispute handling, security, or other lawful purposes, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
