Information about subscriptions, recurring payments, artist fees, cancellations, and refunds on Vstage.
1. About Payments on Vstage
Vstage provides digital features that may include artist subscriptions, exclusive content, paid interactions, tips, and other purchases made available through the platform.
Available products, prices, payment methods, and benefits are displayed during the relevant purchase process.
This policy should be read together with the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
2. Subscription Prices and Benefits
Artists may set their own subscription prices and define the benefits available to subscribers, subject to Vstage's rules and applicable law.
Subscription benefits may include exclusive posts, messaging features, livestreams, and other digital interactions. The benefits included in a particular subscription should be shown before purchase.
Unless a specific benefit is expressly promised, a subscription does not guarantee a personal reply, a particular response time, an individual meeting, or direct access to the artist.
Prices, available benefits, and subscription options may differ between artists.
3. Billing and Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the displayed billing interval until cancelled, unless the checkout states otherwise.
Before completing a subscription purchase, review the price, billing interval, renewal terms, included benefits, and any applicable taxes shown at checkout.
By confirming a subscription, you authorize the applicable recurring payments using your selected payment method.
You are responsible for keeping your payment information up to date and ensuring that your payment method can be charged.
4. Cancelling a Subscription
You can cancel a subscription through the account or subscription settings made available on Vstage.
Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless the checkout or applicable law provides otherwise, your subscription benefits continue until the end of the already-paid billing period.
Cancelling a subscription does not automatically refund a payment already made.
If you cannot cancel through your account, contact Vcorp.international01@gmail.com before your next renewal where reasonably possible.
5. Payments and Payment Processing
Vstage uses Stripe for payment processing. Depending on the transaction, Stripe or another displayed payment provider may process payment details under its own terms and privacy practices.
Vstage does not intend to store full payment-card details on its own systems when those details are handled by the payment provider.
Payment authorization, verification, settlement, and refunds may be subject to payment-provider rules, bank processing times, fraud checks, and legal requirements.
A payment may be declined or delayed by your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or other circumstances outside Vstage's control.
6. Platform Fees and Artist Earnings
For eligible artist transactions, Vstage charges a platform fee of 5% of the applicable transaction amount, subject to the terms that apply to the artist and transaction.
Stripe processing fees are separate from Vstage's platform fee. These fees may be deducted from the transaction or artist payout according to the applicable payment arrangement.
Artist earnings may also be affected by refunds, chargebacks, taxes, currency conversion, payment-provider adjustments, and other applicable deductions.
The artist's payout terms and transaction records should identify how fees and deductions are calculated. The exact calculation basis must be disclosed consistently in the relevant checkout and artist agreement.
7. Taxes and Currency
The final amount charged may include applicable taxes or other amounts shown during checkout.
Depending on your location, your payment method, and the transaction, your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion or additional charges.
Artists are responsible for their own tax obligations unless applicable law or an expressly stated arrangement provides otherwise. Vstage may collect or report information where legally required.
8. Refunds and Statutory Rights
Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated at checkout, payments are generally not refundable merely because a subscriber did not receive a personal reply or chose not to use the available subscription benefits.
This general policy does not remove any mandatory consumer rights, statutory withdrawal rights, or remedies that apply when a service or digital content is not provided as agreed.
Where a subscription, purchase, or digital service is defective, unavailable, materially different from its description, or otherwise subject to a legal remedy, contact support so the issue can be reviewed.
Refund eligibility depends on the type of purchase, the circumstances, the applicable law, and any valid consent or acknowledgement given during checkout.
Vstage will not treat this policy as a blanket exclusion of rights that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Digital Content and Withdrawal Rights
Some purchases may provide immediate access to digital content or digital services.
Where consumer law grants a withdrawal right, any exception or early-loss-of-right arrangement for digital content or digital services will be applied only when the applicable legal requirements have been satisfied.
Depending on the purchase and applicable law, this may require your express prior consent to immediate performance and acknowledgement of the relevant effect on your withdrawal right.
The checkout must explain any required consent or acknowledgement clearly before payment. A general statement in this policy alone may not be sufficient.
Nothing in this section removes rights that remain available under mandatory law.
10. Failed Payments and Subscription Access
If a recurring payment fails, Vstage or its payment provider may retry the payment or notify you that action is needed.
If payment remains unsuccessful, access to paid benefits may be paused, limited, or ended in accordance with the applicable subscription terms and law.
If you believe a payment was completed but your purchase or subscription is not active, contact support with the relevant transaction details. Do not send full card numbers or security codes by email.
11. Artist Departure or Content Unavailability
Artists may remove content or stop participating in Vstage. Platform features and artist availability may also change.
If a change materially affects a paid subscription or purchase, Vstage will review the situation in accordance with the applicable terms and mandatory legal requirements.
Nothing in this policy guarantees that every artist will remain on the platform indefinitely. This does not limit any refund or other remedy that may be required by law.
12. Tips and One-Time Payments
Vstage may offer optional tips, donations, or other one-time payments if these features are enabled.
Before making a one-time payment, review the amount, recipient, and any stated purpose or benefit.
A tip or donation does not automatically entitle you to a personal reply, special access, or another benefit unless that benefit is expressly described as part of the transaction.
Refunds and withdrawal rights for one-time payments remain subject to applicable law and the specific nature of the transaction.
13. Merchandise and Other Future Products
If Vstage introduces physical merchandise or other products, additional information about delivery, shipping, returns, cancellations, and product-specific rights will be provided where applicable.
This section does not replace any product-specific terms or mandatory rights that apply to physical goods.
14. Unauthorized Payments and Chargebacks
If you believe a payment was unauthorized, contact your bank or payment provider promptly and notify Vstage at Vcorp.international01@gmail.com.
Please provide relevant transaction information, but never email your full payment-card number, card security code, account password, or other sensitive authentication details.
Vstage may investigate suspected fraud, payment abuse, or chargebacks and may restrict transactions or accounts where reasonably necessary and lawful.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights to dispute a transaction through your bank, payment provider, or other legally available process.
15. Contact and Payment Support
For questions about a charge, subscription, cancellation, or purchase, contact Vstage Support.
Email: Vcorp.international01@gmail.com
We aim to respond to support requests within seven days. Include the transaction date, amount, and a relevant transaction reference if available, but do not include full card details.
16. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes to payment features, platform operations, or legal requirements.
The current version will be published on this page. Where required, we will notify users of material changes or obtain any required consent.
