1. About Vstage
Vstage is an online platform that enables fans to connect with artists through subscriptions, exclusive content, messaging, livestreams, community features, and other digital interactions.
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of Vstage, including its website and associated web applications. By creating an account or using Vstage, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must meet the minimum age requirements applicable to your location. Vstage's intended minimum-age policy is 13 in the United States and 16 elsewhere, subject to applicable law and any stricter local requirements.
You must provide accurate information when registering, including birth-date information requested to verify age eligibility. You must keep your account information reasonably up to date and must not misrepresent your identity, age, or authorization to represent an artist.
You may use a username and display name. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity carried out through it, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
You must not create accounts to impersonate another person, evade restrictions, harass others, or engage in fraudulent activity.
3. Fan Accounts and Artist Accounts
Fans may follow artists, subscribe to available offerings, access eligible content, send messages, participate in communities, and use other features made available on Vstage.
Artist accounts may require an application, authenticity review, and approval. Artists may not earn revenue through Vstage's monetization features until approved.
Vstage may request reasonable information to verify that an artist or representative is authorized to manage an account. Accounts that impersonate artists or lack appropriate authorization may be restricted or removed.
Artist approval does not guarantee an artist's identity, conduct, availability, continued participation, or future interactions.
4. Subscriptions and Digital Features
Artists may set their own subscription prices and define their benefits, subject to Vstage's platform rules and applicable law.
Depending on the artist's offering, subscription benefits may include exclusive posts, photographs, messages, livestreams, community features, or other digital content. Some features may be free, while others require a subscription or separate purchase.
A subscription generally provides access to a collection of benefits rather than a guaranteed personal response. Unless an offer expressly promises a specific interaction, subscribing does not guarantee an artist will reply to a particular message, respond within a particular timeframe, or appear at a specific livestream.
Features and benefits may differ between artists. Material changes to paid offerings will be handled in accordance with applicable law and commitments made at the time of purchase.
5. Automatic Renewal and Cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically at the displayed price and billing interval unless canceled before the next renewal.
You may cancel through your account settings where the cancellation feature is available. Cancellation stops future renewals but normally does not end access to the period already paid for.
Canceling one artist's subscription does not automatically cancel subscriptions to other artists or separate purchases.
If a subscription price or renewal term changes, Vstage or the relevant seller will provide any notice required by applicable law.
6. Payments, Fees, and Artist Earnings
Payments may be processed through Stripe or other payment methods made available at checkout.
Vstage currently intends to retain a platform fee of 5% from eligible artist transactions. Payment-processing fees, including applicable Stripe fees, are separate and may also be deducted.
Artist earnings are subject to approval, payment-provider requirements, verification, applicable deductions, and lawful adjustments for refunds, chargebacks, or disputed transactions.
Artists must complete any required approval, payment-account setup, and identity or business verification before receiving eligible payouts. The applicable artist agreement or payment information will explain payout arrangements and fee calculations.
The checkout and applicable purchase terms will identify the relevant seller and explain the payment arrangement.
7. Refunds and Statutory Consumer Rights
Paid subscriptions may provide access to multiple benefits, including exclusive content, messaging features, and livestreams. A subscription does not ordinarily guarantee a personal response unless a specific response is expressly promised as part of the purchase.
A lack of an individual reply, by itself, does not automatically entitle a subscriber to a refund where no reply was promised as a specific paid benefit.
Except where applicable law or the relevant offer provides otherwise, payments are not refundable simply because a user changes their mind, does not use all available benefits, or is dissatisfied that an artist did not respond as expected.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any mandatory right to withdraw, obtain a refund, terminate a contract, or seek another remedy under applicable law. Digital content and subscription services may be subject to different rules.
Where immediate access to digital content affects a statutory withdrawal right, the checkout process will obtain any consent and acknowledgment required by law.
If you experience a duplicate charge, an unauthorized transaction, a payment error, or a paid feature that you cannot access, contact Vstage at Vcorp.international01@gmail.com. Do not send full payment-card numbers or passwords by email.
8. User Content and Permissions
Users may be able to post text, comments, photographs, fan art, fan letters, and other permitted content. Fan video uploads are not permitted unless Vstage expressly introduces and authorizes that feature.
You retain ownership of content you create, subject to third-party rights. You must have the necessary rights or permissions to upload and share content.
By submitting content, you grant Vstage a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and technically adapt that content as reasonably necessary to operate, provide, secure, and promote the service in accordance with your settings and our Privacy Policy.
This license lasts only as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes, subject to lawful retention and backup requirements.
You must not upload content that is unlawful, infringes another person's rights, exposes private information without authorization, impersonates another person, or violates Vstage's Community & Content Policy.
You must not copy, redistribute, sell, or publicly repost exclusive artist content without permission or another lawful basis.
9. Artist Content and Responsibilities
Artists are responsible for ensuring that the content they upload and the benefits they advertise are lawful, accurate, and consistent with their rights and obligations.
Artists may choose eligible audiences using the available platform settings. Those settings do not permit artists to bypass age restrictions, privacy requirements, or Vstage's safety rules.
Artists may remove their content, subject to applicable law and outstanding legal obligations. Removing content does not automatically determine whether a customer is entitled to a refund.
Artists must not promise benefits they cannot reasonably provide or mislead fans about personal access, replies, livestreams, or other interactions.
Separate artist terms may apply to monetization, payouts, content rights, account verification, and platform fees.
10. Community Standards and Prohibited Content
Vstage aims to maintain a safe and respectful community. Users must comply with the Community & Content Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Prohibited conduct includes sexual exploitation or prohibited sexual content involving minors; threats, targeted harassment, hate-based abuse, or encouragement of violence; doxxing, stalking, or unauthorized disclosure of private information; non-consensual intimate content; impersonation, fraud, and scams; copyright infringement; spam; and attempts to abuse or evade platform restrictions.
Vstage may review reports, use moderation tools, investigate suspected violations, and remove content or restrict accounts where reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, comply with law, or maintain the service.
Where required by law, Vstage will provide appropriate explanations and reporting or appeal procedures for relevant moderation decisions. Users may report content or accounts through available platform tools or by emailing Vcorp.international01@gmail.com.
11. Private Messages and Personal Information
Vstage provides messaging features for eligible users. Messages may be visible to the participants in a conversation and processed as described in the Privacy Policy.
Depending on the information provided by a fan and the features available, artists may be able to view certain fan account details, including name, email address, age or birth information, and country or location information.
Vstage will explain the categories of information visible to artists in its Privacy Policy and relevant account interfaces.
Users must not misuse personal information obtained through Vstage, publish private conversations without an appropriate legal basis, or use messages to threaten, harass, exploit, or defraud another person.
Users can block or report other users through available features.
12. Account Suspension and Termination
You may stop using Vstage at any time. Account deletion may be requested through the available account process and may require confirmation.
Vstage currently intends to provide a seven-day period after a deletion request during which the user may contact support to cancel that request.
Once deletion is completed, Vstage will delete account information and private-message data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, subject to any limited retention required or permitted by law.
Vstage may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of a serious or repeated violation of these Terms, unlawful activity, a security risk, fraudulent conduct, or a legal obligation.
Where required, Vstage will provide notice, reasons, or a means to appeal. Vstage may act immediately where necessary to protect users, prevent harm, or comply with law.
Account termination does not remove payment obligations already incurred or override statutory rights.
13. Service Availability and Changes
Vstage may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features as the service develops. Changes affecting paid services will be handled in accordance with applicable law and specific commitments made to users.
We aim to keep Vstage available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Temporary outages, maintenance, network failures, or third-party service disruptions may occur.
If a paid feature fails to unlock after successful payment, contact support so the issue can be investigated and an appropriate remedy provided where required.
14. Third-Party Services
Vstage may rely on third-party services, including payment processors, infrastructure providers, and email providers. Your use of a third-party payment method or external service may also be subject to that provider's terms and privacy practices.
Vstage's responsibility for third-party services is limited only to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes responsibility that Vstage has for its own obligations or services it is legally responsible for providing.
15. Privacy
Vstage processes personal information as described in its Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
These documents explain what information is collected, how it is used and shared, how long it is retained, and what rights users may have under applicable data-protection law.
16. Disclaimers and Liability
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Vstage does not guarantee any particular artist's continued participation, availability, response, content schedule, or personal relationship with a fan.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Vstage is not responsible for independent user conduct or statements merely because they occur on the platform. Vstage may take appropriate action when misconduct is reported or action is otherwise required.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Any permitted limitation of liability is subject to mandatory consumer protections and applicable rules concerning personal injury, intent, gross negligence, and other non-excludable liability.
17. Changes to These Terms
Vstage may update these Terms to reflect changes in the service, legal requirements, or business operations.
For material changes, Vstage will provide notice where required by law and explain when the updated Terms take effect. Where the law requires your consent, Vstage will seek it.
If you do not agree to a change, you may stop using the affected service and exercise any termination or other rights available under applicable law.
18. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of Germany, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under the law that applies to them.
Any court or dispute-resolution provisions apply only to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from bringing a claim before a court legally competent to hear it.
Users should first contact Vstage at Vcorp.international01@gmail.com to attempt to resolve a complaint informally.
